March 26

• A woman on Highway 37 reported a man she used to be in a relationship with was unexpectedly in her house when she woke up. She said the man had been creeping around her house all night.

• Ryan Lanman was arrested on a warrant.

• A woman on Flower Creek Road reported a neighbor playing music so loudly that the woman’s floors were shaking.

• Dino Hernandez was arrested on a warrant.

• A caller on East Ninth Street reported another business using the caller’s garbage.

• A woman on Reese Court reported receiving unusual text messages all night. The woman did not know the person sending the messages, but one message included an image of the woman standing in front of her mother’s house. The messenger said the woman was being watched.

• A deer was dispatched on Highway 2 near Hammer Cutoff Road.

March 27

• A man reported his grandparents being harassed, particularly facing numerous inquiries about cars that are not for sale.

• A man on Farm to Market Road reported being the victim of fraud. He said money had been taken out of his checking account.

• Someone from Granny Garden Road reported stolen firearms.

• Kurt E. Rossier was arrested and charged with felony driving under the influence, fourth offense.

• A man on Dawson Street reported loaning some property to another man. The lender did not want to make a call to report a problem, but when he went to reclaim his items, the other man pointed a gun at him.

• A dog owner on Bull Lake Road reported a missing 18-month-old German shepherd. The dog was later found and returned home.

• A caller on North Kearney Avenue reported being the victim of a dog bite.

• Larry Mathew Hanson was arrested on a local warrant.

• Tyler Nicholas Hilton was arrested on a local warrant.

• Patrick Wayne Miller was arrested and charged with driving while the privilege to do so was suspended or revoked and criminal possession of marijuana.

• A caller on Iron Creek Road reported a neighbor dog getting loose and urinating on the caller’s porch. The caller reported attempting to reason with the neighbor to no avail.

• A caller on East Fifth Street Extension reported two female Chihuahuas on the loose. Both dogs were spayed.
