Clayton Michael Allen Ratcliff, son of Jon Ratcliff and Stephanie Fodge of Libby, was born at 1:52 p.m. Sept. 11, 2013, at St. John’s Lutheran Hospital.
He weighed 7-pounds, 8-ounces and was 20.5-inches long.
