Cecil F. Bache, 78, of Libby
Cecil F. Bache, 78, of Libby, passed away of natural causes at his home on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013. He was born April 18, 1935, in Libby to Esbon and Ethel (Nixon) Bache.
Cecil grew up and attended school in Libby, graduating with the Class of 1952. On Aug. 8, 1953, he married Donna Basham. They made their home near Libby. He worked for Bache Brothers Logging for a number of years before starting his own business, Cecil Bache Logging, in the late 1960s. Cecil ran the business until 1991. He enjoyed working but made time for recreation in the beautiful outdoors. Cecil loved gardening, fishing, hunting and camping. He enjoyed time spent with family, especially his grandkids.
He will be missed by family and friends. Cecil was preceded in death by a brother, Bobbie.
Survivors include his wife Donna of Libby; daughters Glenda Larson and Cheryl Wolleat (Steve) all of Libby; sons Darell Bache (Sue) of Tampa, Fla.; Paul Bache (Karin) of Libby; and Cory Bache (Geralynn) of Royal Palm Beach, Fla.; sister Bessie Grames of Waldport, Ore.; brothers Lloyd Bache (Virginia) of Plains; Fred Bache (Grace); Frank Bache (Sandy) John Bache (Kathy); and Kenny Bache (Helen) all of Libby; 11 grandchildren Shannon, Mary, Bobbi Sue, Clayton, Tara, Chris, Jason, Zach, Alex, Kyle, Gevan; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services for Cecil will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013, at the City of Libby Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013, at Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home, 422 West 2nd St. in Libby. Arrangements are under the care of Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home.
