The parents of Halley Marie Black and Steve Patrick Parker announce the marriage of their children on Oct. 12, 2013, at The Hitching Post Wedding Chapel in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Halley is the daughter of Forrest Black of Libby and Donna Black of Reno, Nev.
Steve is the son of Vince and Laura Parker and Bob Thompson and Tina Moe-Thompson, all of Libby.
Rylee Boltz, the couple’s daughter, served as the maid of honor.
Tyler Davich served as best man.
The couple will live in Libby.
