Oct. 25
• A woman reported driving into a mound of dirt at the intersection of 10th Street and Main Avenue. There were no markers around the pile, which left considerable damage on her 2001 Chevy van.
• A woman on West 2nd Street reported that her husband, whom she has an order or protection against, was calling her phone.
• A man on Airfield Road said he was breaking up with his girlfriend and wanted to report that he did not hurt her or steal her belongings before she falsely claimed so.
• Rock Shannon Labrum was arrested and charged with probation violation.
• A man reported someone breaking into his storage unit near Mac’s Market & Video.
Oct. 26
• A caller reported someone removed a television, a bag and two metal detectors from a storage unit near Mac’s Market & Video.
• A caller reported that a transient was cutting and selling wood on people’s private property.
• Someone reported the theft of a dump truck and trailer on Hartman Lane.
• A man reported a school bus on Highway 37 near Fisher River Road to be going 80 mph in the wrong lane.
• A caller reported a rifle and knickknacks stolen from a cabin on River View Drive.
• Someone reported motorcycles driving up and down Kootenai Vista Drive with no headlights or license plates.
• A caller reported a shoplifter at Empire Foods.
Oct. 27
• A caller on East Lincoln Boulevard reported a neighbor always chops wood at 2 a.m. and wakes everyone up.
• A man reported a small hunting dog in a red and white trailer on Spencer Hill Avenue has been barking the past two days. The man talked to the owners, but they were rude.
• A man reported that his son’s house had been spray painted.
• A man reported that his father, who lives on Lake Creek Road, just said the people in his house were trying to kill him. The son said the people his father spoke of were likely into drugs and might have something going on in the pump house on the property.
• A man requested a game warden after his son accidently shot a doe, not a buck, in the Wolf Creek area.
• A caller reported a trailer turned over on Pipe Creek Road near mile-marker No. 17. There was no one around and the trailer had no plates.
Oct. 28
• A woman reported that her daughter had been consistently bullied at Libby High School.
• A woman on Highway 37 reported that she had an order of protection against her landlord who was now harassing her on Facebook.
• A man on Iron Creek Road reported the two horses were loose, again. This time something really needed to be done.
• A caller reported a shoplifter at Rosauers.
• Levi Guinard was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked bond.
• A man reported that his cabin on Upper Ford Road was broken into and vandalized.
• Julie Rene Williams was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended bond.
Oct. 29
• Dusty Shane Fletcher was arrested and charged with partner or family member assault, aggravated assault and tampering with a communications device.
• A man who works in Cincinnati, but owns a cabin on Yaak River Road reported someone broke into his cabin and stole a rifle.
• Someone found a black dog with brown marks at J. Neils Park. The dog was short-haired, possibly a miniature pinscher.
• A man at Dano’s Vend-A-Wash said his girlfriend’s family was threatening him. The family was sitting in a vehicle behind him at the carwash.
• A woman reported that gasoline was siphoned from her daughter’s car while she shopped at Empire Foods.
Oct. 30
• A man reported two men fighting at Firemans Park. One man lost a tooth.
• A man working road construction on Highway 37 near mile-marker No. 12 reported a man in a truck drove into the construction zone at 70 mph. The construction crew stopped the man and confronted him. The man grew belligerent and nearly ran a worker over as the worker took a photo of the truck’s license plate. As the man drove away he stuck his hand out of the window in the shape of a gun and said, “Bang, that easy.”

• Christopher Bryan was arrested and charged with failure to appear and disorderly conduct.
• Callers reported a truck rolled over on Highway 2 near mile-marker No. 47.
• A man called looking to file a complaint against the man driving the truck that rolled on Highway 2 near mile-marker No. 47.
Nov. 1
• Daniel Lyle was arrested on a warrant.
Nov. 2
• A mail carrier reported seeing seven dead cats on the side of Highway 2 about five miles outside Libby. The day before he saw a few others in the same area.
• A theft was reported at Libby High School.
• A mother on Farm to Market Road reported her unruly son took off on foot.
• A caller at Rosauers reported a theft of wood.
Nov. 3
• Holli Chase was arrested and charged with assault of an arresting officer.
• Cassie Williamson was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
• A man reported being assaulted at Pasttime Bar & Lounge.
• A woman on Reese Court reported that her ex was at her place demanding his things. She wanted him removed.
