Johnny Robinson, 55, of Coeur d"Alene

Johnny Arnold Robinson, 55, passed away on Oct. 24, 2013, at Kootenai Health in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.  

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Nov. 2, 2013 at the Assembly of God Church  on Highway 2 near Bonners Ferry, Idaho.

 Johnny was born Sept. 17, 1958, at Castle Air Force Base, Calif., to John Richard and Colleen Leon Kleveland Robinson.

 He built custom homes in Houston, Texas, and was a founder of the Yellow Page Operator.  He raised money through various promotions and concepts for handicapped,  challenged and missing children and the Special Olympics. He received awards and certificates for all of his charity work.

He loved traveling, the mountains, the beach and making all laugh with his great wit and humor.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

 He is survived by his son, Johnny Joseph Robinson; his son’s mother, Mary Gonzales; his daughter, Nichole (Christopher) Robinson Cimas; and grandchildren, Haley and Hunter Cimas; his sisters, Karen Stephens, Cindy Robinson, Tina (Tony) McCutcheon and Jeannie Alenberg, Becky Swartz; niece, Alicia Moore; and nephews, Hayden Stephens and Cory Moore; and so many others loved him dearly.

He is preceded in death by his parents John Richard Robinson and Colleen Leon Kleveland Robinson.
