Diana E. Allen, 65, of Libby

Diana E. Allen, 65, died on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at St. John’s Lutheran Hospital.  

She was born on Feb. 16, 1948, at Los Angeles, Calif., to Morris and Bonnie (Trumen) Byrne. She grew up in California, attending school in Orange County. 

A special high school memory was being selected as prom queen.  

Diana loved being around friends and family, especially enjoying her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They were her world.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her husband, Rick Allen of Libby; daughters, Annette Martin (Fred) Goodenough, and Monica Speegle; sister, June Zaring;  grandchildren Artie, Desiree, Cody, Freddie, Lilly, Cheyenne and Karma; great-grandchildren Mysti, Sophia and Nevaeh; numerous nieces and nephews; and lots of people who loved her. 

Arrangements are under the care of Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home & Crematory of Libby.
