March 26
• Jennifer L. Lee was sentenced to 30 days in jail for driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.
• Robert A. Goodenough was given sentence of five days in jail for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lincoln County Sheriff’s Report
March 24
• Officers responded to juvenile probation to meet with a group of people that advised the officer that a subject had taken a gun from one of them and wanted it returned. Subject called Sheriff’s Office to report that he wanted to return the gun.
• Caller reported that he had came upon a juvenile party up Buck Creek. Officers arrived on the scene and there was no alcohol or drinking.
• Man came into the Sheriff’s Office lobby and turned himself in on a warrant.
• Caller reported that she had been receiving harassing text messages from a number she did not recognize. The messages appeared to be in reference to her move to Arizona with her children.
• Caller reported that 10 days ago his sister-in-law and her husband took his debit card and spent the last $30 he had. Has recently retrieved the card but not the cash spent.
• USFS received a call from an individual who reported that occupants in two vehicles were cutting firewood in an area that is part of an active timber sale.
• Officer transported a 13-year-old juvenile to Troy Detention Center after having assaulted the grandmother.
• Daniel Becquart was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
March 25
• Troy Dispatch advised that there was in injured deer in the middle of Yaak Highway.
• Josh Lance Sherwood and Dallas Joe Linnell were arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana and criminal possession of paraphernalia.
• Jennifer Lee was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
• Derek Williamson was arrested on felony possession of dangerous drugs during a probation check. Cassie Carver was also arrested on probation violation.
• Caller reported that there were three horses running down Highway 37 toward Libby, near mile marker 10.
• Caller on Lincoln Boulevard called to advise her two large dogs have escaped her yard, both are wearing collars.
• Montanore Minerals employee reported that a Jeep Grand Cherokee licensed in Missouri tried going over Howard Lake Bridge and was high centered.
• St John’s Lutheran Hospital called to report that a female had been bitten by a black lab with no collar in the area of Nevada Avenue.
• Wayne Polk was arrested on an outstanding warrant at the Sandman Down Under Motel.
