Tree-pruning help offered March 23

As homeowners get out this spring, it’s time to think about caring for yards, and that includes tree pruning.

A free tree-pruning workshop is scheduled by the Libby Tree Board for Saturday, March 23, at the Ponderosa Room at City Hall.

The program will run from 9 a.m. until noon with outdoor work included. 

Mark Lenon, a retired urban forester, will do the presentation. 

Refreshments will be served.
