• James Borgmann was fined $250 for operating a vehicle without insurance.
Feb. 4
• Alisha Alyea was fined $850 and given a suspended sentence of 10 days for throwing flaming material on the road and her second offense of operating a vehicle without insurance.

• Henry J. Roy, Jr. was fined $300 for operating a vehicle with expired registration and without insurance.
Feb. 16
• Naomi Pesicka was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of insurance in her vehicle.
Feb. 17
• Nichole Rae Fairbrother was fined $100 for possession intoxicating substances under the age of 21.
• Ashley Sonju was fined $100 for possession intoxicating substances under the age of 21.

• Rickie Boswell was fined $600 and given a suspended sentence of 188 days for driving with a suspended license and his second offense of operating a vehicle without insurance.

• Theresa Ann Walbridge was arrested for probation violation.
• Caller on Commerce Way wanted to report a man stalking her and refusing to leave her alone.
• Sean Joseph McKee was arrested at Antlers Restaurant for criminal drug possession.
• A burglary was reported on Skyview Drive.
Feb. 15
• Caller reported his MP3 players were sold to a pawn shop when he was living with someone on Park Street.
• Caller in Troy reported a newer white GMC had spun out of his driveway at around 8 a.m., and he wanted to press trespass charges against the driver.
• Michael O’Neill was arrested in Eureka for probation violation.
• Caller reported an injured deer on the left-hand side of the Libby Creek bridge.
• Caller on Highway 2 reported his girlfriend was hitting him and refused to leave the residence.
Feb. 16
• Caller on Highway 37 reported he lost his trailer, and it ended up in a ditch. There were no injuries.
• Fight reported in the parking lot of the VFW.
• Caller near Yaak Falls reported a 16-foot chain and binder stolen off his trailer.
• Caller on Creekwood Road reported his neighbor’s dogs had been left unattended without food, water or proper shelter.
• Injured deer was reported at the Heritage Museum.
• Caller on Park Street reported someone had entered his house within the last four hours.
Feb. 17
• Several fights were reported at the VFW.
• Austin Ray Anderson was arrested in the Aitkens Quik Stop parking lot after a caller reported he ran him off the road on Farm to Market Road.
• Disturbance reported at Lincoln Lanes bowling alley.
• Caller reported that neighbor kids were shining a blue light at his residence on Farm to Market Road.
Feb. 18
• Caller came into the Sheriff’s Office to report being harassed at Aitkens Quik Stop earlier in the morning.
• Caller reported being assaulted at the VFW on Saturday night.
