Mark L. Dunahee, 54, of Libby

Mark L. Dunahee, 54,  passed away Friday, June 14, 2013, at his home in Libby.

He was born Aug. 2, 1958, in Urbana, Ill., to Elmer and Marian Dunahee of Chenoa, Ill.  He moved to Southern California as a toddler with his parents and sister and was educated in Hemet, Calif.

He retired to Libby after living in Hemet, Calif., most of his life.  He enjoyed a long career as a certified auto mechanic, working for several different Chevrolet dealerships in the Riverside County area.

He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer in 1993, of Noxon.  

He is survived by his mother, Marian, of Libby; sister, Kathleen French, of Kalispell; a son, Kurt, of Riverside, Calif.; his wife, Jeannette; their son, Tyler; his daughter, Valerie of Beaumont, Calif.; and her sons, Harley and Cash; a nephew, Josh Flack, of Libby; his fiancee, Elizabeth Boothman, and their sons, Braiden and Carter.

Funeral arrangements are pending through Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home of Libby.
