Adam J. Schreibeis, 28, of Missoula

Adam Jeremy Schreibeis, 28, of Missoula died and went to sit at the feet of Christ on July 8, 2013.  

The funeral was Friday, July 12, 2013, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Miles City. The Rev. Terry Forke, president of The Montana District of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod, conducted the service.

Visitation was held at the church before the service.  

Burial was at 1 p.m. in Billings on  Saturday, July 13, at Mountain View Cemetery.  

Funeral arrangements were handled by Stevenson and Sons Funeral Home 

Adam was born in Fort Wayne, Ind., on Dec. 31, 1984.  

He had been known to debate the finer points of Star Wars, eat a jar of pickles in a single sitting and take his own bottle of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing with him to any restaurant he went. This trait quickly earned him the unofficial nickname of “Mad-eye Moody.” 

Adam is survived by his parents, Howard and Jo Schreibeis; sisters, Michelle (John) Rice and Kristy (Bob) Schnetter; brothers, Stephen (Charity) Schreibeis and Eric (Tracy) Schreibeis; grandparents, Floreen Schreibeis and Betty Heinrich; girlfriend, Jessi Freeman; and numerous nieces and nephews.
