Ted Werner was chosen Rotary Citizen of the Month for June. Werner is pictured with Eileen Carney of the Rotary Club of Kootenai Valley. Werner was selected because he makes a significant contribution to the local community, serving as bishop in the LDS church, and he and is also a past Rotary president.
