Head On Dull

Wendell Dull, left, driver of the Dodge pickup, Officer John Powell, and driver of the Ford dump truck Barb White, right. The accident occurred about 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 2. According to police, both Dull and White received citations in the accident that occurred in front of the Libby Area Chamber of Commerce.
