Questioning the sanity of background checks

Letter to the Editor,

I find it very puzzling that you and I need a background check to buy a gun to hunt and defend our home, but you don’t need a background check to be president of the United States and have your finger  next to a button to blow up the world! 

After all, Obama has done more economic damage to this country than all of our enemies since 1776!
