• Caller on Vicks Lane reported a black lab with a blue collar running loose and getting in people’s garbage. It had been a problem for a while and he wanted something done about it.
• Caller on Manor Drive broke up with his girlfriend at the VFW. Her ex-boyfriend from North Dakota was in town and the two of them were threatening the caller. The ex- made threatening phone calls to the caller’s work phone.
Jan. 6
• Caller on Creekwood Road reported someone had been pelting her door with eggs and snowballs.
• Two horses and a donkey were reported running loose on Education Way and Parmenter Avenue.
• A caller on Terrace View Road reported her nephew had stolen her vehicle, a 2002 green Subaru Outback, and was heading to Washington.
• Caller on Park Street reported a man “had words” with him, then came to his trailer and attempted to throw him in the snow.
• Woman in lobby reporting she was attempting to move out and her boyfriend was refusing to let her take her things.
• Man in lobby wanting to report threats from a man he had assaulted previously.
• A man lying on the side of Highway 2 was bleeding from the head.
• Caller on Shalom Kerry Road reported the neighbor’s dogs had been barking for an hour straight.
