Libby resident seeks answers from varied questions from mayor, council
Letter to the Editor,
The mayor is asking folks to call the City Hall with any questions.
I’ll save the dime and ask him right here:
• Mr. Mayor what is the plan for the future? Give us a detailed plan from leadership to sustain city daily operations with the need for infrastructure replacement.
• How much will it all cost?
• How will it be paid for?
• Will my kids be able to find work in Libby that isn’t in government?
• What are the mayor and council doing to attract business and promote job growth?
• Mr. Mayor and City Council, besides calling City Hall what are people to do in Libby to stop its decline and further its growth?
Without businesses to buy goods from in town where will we get them?
• Mr. Mayor, what is the leadership doing to support the city?
• Mr. Mayor, aren’t you and the council already aware of city needs? If leadership can’t see for themselves what should be done better then what good is it to tell leadership if you won’t listen?
• Mr. Mayor and City Council, where do the people get honest answers for these tough questions?
We are looking to your leadership. Can you be specific with answers?
