Doris L. Cozzi, 92, died on Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, at her home in Libby.
She was born April 29, 1920, at New York City to Samuel and Julia Manck Lissner.
They moved to southern California when she was in her early teens. She attended Hollywood High School. She attended Beauty College in southern California and worked as a beautician for five years.
Doris met James Cozzi in Hollywood. They were married in Las Vegas on April 15, 1961. They made their home in southern California. James preceded her in death in 1992.
She moved to Libby five years ago to be near her daughter. She enjoyed going to the movies, spending time with her family, the arts and going to museums.
Survivors include her daughter Julia Baker and husband, Paul, of Libby; nieces Thelma Smith of Elk Grove, Calif., Carolyn Haveran, Cliffside Park, N.J. and numerous extended family members.
Services will take place in Hollywood, Calif.
Local arrangements are by Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home in Libby.
