Gale Enwiller, 84, of Libby

Gayle Enwiller, 84 of Libby died peacefully in her sleep Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013, at her home in Libby.  

Gayle was born Aug. 19, 1929, in Mound Valley, Idaho, to Leland and Mary (McGregor) Panter.

Gayle grew up in southeast Idaho. She attended Grace High School and graduated with the class of 1947.  

Gayle married Delose Bell, and they had four children. Gayle moved to western Washington where she worked full-time as a waitress.  

Gayle retired in the late 1990s and in 1998 moved to Libby. Gayle was a member of the Red Hat Ladies and a member of the LDS Church.

Gayle enjoyed her children, and grandchildren. Gayle’s son, Brent, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her five children, Penny Knott of Enumclaw, Wash., Randy Bell of Libby, Debbie Hawthorne of Southern California,  Robert Enwiller of Orting, Wash., and Stephanie Pederson of Maple Valley, Wash.; 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, at Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home in Libby.

Funeral services to take place in Auburn, Wash.
