• A woman on Templin Drive reported a Jeep driving up on her property. She did not know the driver and wanted him arrested and charged with trespassing.
Dec. 10
• A caller on Highway 2 near Torgy’s reported a large white truck fishtailing on the road and nearly striking other vehicles.
• Stuart James Brickey was arrested and charged with partner or family member assault and violating a temporary restraining order.
• A black and brown, mixed breed dog was reported tied to a tree on California Avenue for at least an hour.
• A caller at Timberline Auto reported a dog wandered into the business and made himself at home.
• A caller on Kootenai River Road reported his Stihl blower taken from the back of his vehicle.
• Amanda Renee DeMessemaker was arrested for shoplifting.
• Timothy Taylor was arrested on a warrant.
• A caller on Idaho Avenue reported footprints near her house’s windows.

• Someone reported mountain lion prints near their motel.
• A man on Libby Creek near Farm to Market Road reported chasing a mountain lion up a tree. The lion recently killed a deer in a neighbor’s yard. The man wanted to kill the animal but no one had a tag.
• Tonya Diller was arrested on a warrant.
• A man on Granite Creek Road reported a death threat made against him.

• A raging fire was reported in Pine Tree Plaza.
• A man called from Libby Sports Center reporting a woman had been the victim of theft. The culprit was approached in the parking lot and the stolen money was returned, but the victim wanted to file a report.
• A man on White Avenue reported a neighbor dog mauled his dog.
• A caller on Warren Road reported a house fire after cooking a cutting board in the oven.
• A bartender at the American Legion reported a fight in front of the bar.
Dec. 13
• Justin Gregory Barry was arrested and charged with criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of dangerous drugs and a warrant.
• James William Cosgriff was arrested and charged with criminal possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A mobile home court manager reported a family was evicted yesterday and now their mobile home is destroyed.
• Roy McMillan was arrested on a warrant.
