Hellen Pauline (Pat) Rayson, 76, a longtime Libby resident, died Friday Nov. 22, 2013, at the Libby Care Center.
She was born July 7, 1937, in Caryville, Tenn., to Benjamin and Jeniva Ayers.
Pat traveled extensively and worked numerous jobs during her life, which included tending bar and working with a foster-care program for kids. Pat enjoyed fishing, crocheting and cooking.
Survivors include her two children, Lynda Mooney of Wyoming and John Ahlstrom of Utah; a brother, Eugene Ayers of Illinois; and seven grandchildren, Tony, Mitchell, DeiDra, Dusty, Alisha, Jessy and Smatha.
A private family service will be held.
Local arrangements are by Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home in Libby.
