July 10

• A man called dispatch to let them know he was handling a civil dispute personally. The caller had left a friend with a few belongings and hundreds of dollars before the friend changed his phone number and had not contacted the caller. Upon arriving to the friends house at 1573 Keeler Rattle Road, the friend pointed a pistol at the caller but returned his property peacefully.

• Patrick Muny was arrested on warrant for aggravated assault charges in Troy.

• A resident of 12550 on Highway 2 reported their dog was missing. The caller said she witnessed a white car hit her dog early that morning but was unable to find him afterward. Dispatch checked the local dog pounds without a match and turned the case over to animal control.

• Two men allegedly assaulted a man and stole his skateboard at the Mormon Church parking lot. The caller reported to dispatch that the two men appeared drunk before they drove away. Highway patrol officers caught the two men in at their house on Highway 2 an hour later.

July 11

• A resident of 2592 Barnaby Lake Road called to report his pistol was missing from its concealed location in his armchair. The caller reported that the possible theft could have taken place between July 6 and July 11.

• A skidder for sale was reported stolen from Recluse Road.

• A resident of 457 Cedar Meadow Road called 911 to report several items missing from her home.

• Officers responded to a shoplifting called at Rosauers, where an employee was holding the thief. The individual was cited and released.

• An anonymous caller reported a sex crime she saw on Facebook that she wanted to bring to law enforcement’s attention.

July 12

• An employee reported some property missing from a salon at 705 East 9th St.

• Harold Lee Sturdevant III turned himself in on warrant at the Eureka Police Department.

• A family member at 237 West Poplar made a family disturbance call about her brother fighting her mother. Dispatch contacted a juvenile probation officer to transport the boy to the Troy Juvenile Detention Center.

• Troy dispatch received a call from 250 Ninneman Road about a missing turquoise 10-speed bicycle.

• Several sheds were broken into on Cabinet View Country Road.

July 13

• A homeowner on Pipe Creek Road threatened an unnamed survey company while working on her property. The survey crew asked to meet officers at the Red Dog Saloon. The homeowner refused to speak with officers who stayed on the property while the survey crew completed the inspection.

• Dispatch filed an animal complaint on a dog that was being walked by its owner before barking at a female bicyclist. The barking caused the woman to fall off her bike before she called dispatch to make the complaint.

July 14

• Several children asked their neighbor to call 911 after an elderly woman had collapsed in their home at 318 Timber Lane. When an ambulance arrived, medical technicians found the woman to be conscious but possibly intoxicated. Technicians transported the woman to St. John’s Lutheran Hospital and contacted the children’s parents.

• Fish, Wildlife & Parks responded to a deer with a broken back at 580 Granite Ave.
