April 15
• Austin D. St. Onge pleaded not guilty to a revocation of a suspended sentence. It was a deferred imposition.
• Robert W. Giles was fined $200 and given a suspended sentence of 362 days, as well as compulsory anger-management classes, for partner-family member assault.
April 18
• Daniel R. Becquart pleaded not guilty to a charge of criminal contempt. The prosecution dismissed it.
• Della R. Watson had a charge of possessing intoxicating substances under the age of 21 dismissed by the prosecution.
• William E. Kilgore pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so was suspended. The bond was forfeited.
• Michael J. Roby was fined $1,500 and sentenced to 540 days in jail, 450 of which were suspended for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, criminal trespass to property and resisting arrest dating to Feb. 24. Additional charges of DUI, operating a vehicle without liability insurance, and criminal trespass were dismissed.
• Jonathan J. Peterson was fined $100 and sentenced to a suspended sentence of 175 days as well as 40 hours of anger management courses for his first offense of partner or family member assault. A second charge of assault was dismissed.
• Robert D. Cochell was fined $600 and sentenced to a suspended sentence of 179 days in jail as well as compulsory Alcoholic’s Anonymous meeting, ACT Counseling and a suspended driver’s license for driving under the influence of alcohol dating to March 12.
• Damian M. Wolfe was fined $100 and sentenced to MIP classes after being found guilty of possessing intoxicating substances under the age of 21 dating back to March 16.
• Loren G. Dodge was fined $100 for dogs running at large. He was also found guilty on charges of vicious dog and being a nuisance.
• Nicole M. Mata was given a suspended sentence of 172 days in jail for driving without a valid driver’s license dating back to April 7.
• Jamie L. Davis was fined $250 for operating without liability insurance dating back to April 2.
• Derek L. Conner was fined $250 and sentenced to a suspended sentence of 180 days in jail for driving a vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended dating back to April 18.
April 19
• Andrew Michael Remp was fined $100 for failing to stop for a school bus dating to April 11.
