April 1
• Mark I. Macy was fined $250 and given a suspended sentence of 10 days for operating a vehicle without liability insurance dating to Jan. 5. He had another charge of driving with a suspended license March 28 dismissed by the prosecution.
• Ray E. Orsborn had his fourth or subsequent case of DUI, dating to March 11, 2011, transferred to another court.
• Clifton C. Turek had his fourth or subsequent charge of DUI, charges of altered license plates, driving without a driver’s license and failing to carry insurance dating back to March 12 transferred to another court.

Sheriff’s Report
March 28
• Wayne Bonderer was arrested on a warrant for obstructing justice in the 400 block of California Avenue.
• Caller advised a male and female were arguing on Highway 56 near mile marker 26. Several gunshots were heard and then an older Ford took off at a high rate of speed.
• A $10,000 warrant from Flathead County was faxed to Lincoln County. It was extraditable.
• The above warrant was confirmed. Montana Highway Patrol reported they would not arrest the individual because the Flathead County Jail was full.
March 29
• Nichole Jewel Garcia was arrested after drunkenly attacking her boyfriend on Spencer Road.
• Callers on Highway 2 near mile marker 68 reported an eagle that was hit. The caller advised they were marking the spot with flags and a painted arrow. Another man picked up the bird and put it in the back of his truck.
• William Ohnstad was arrested by Troy Police Department on an outstanding warrant.
• 911 was called by a resident on Dolphin Way after a man was trying to get into the residence. The man had just been arrested on partner-family member assault.
• An injured deer was reported near Park Street on Highway 37.
• Minors in possession were detained near Swisher Lake.
March 30
• A man was taken into the Sheriff’s office to test on an intoxilyzer.
• A caller reported freeing a deer from a fence at J. Neils Park. It was unable to stand up. It was located in the outfield of the softball field. The deer was taken care of.
• A caller near the 50-mile marker on Highway 2 reported a bear cub wandering into her yard. It appeared to be dazed or injured.
• Above residence on Dolphin Way was the site of a domestic dispute. The man’s ex-wife was moving items out of the house. The man had been told to contact an attorney several times.
• A resident on Iron Creek Road in Troy reported a disturbance. A man was in her residence going through things. Her children were present, and she was worried. He was driving a dark blue Chevy pickup.
• A black lab was located near the Wheatgrass Motel. Its tag said the name Toby and had several phone numbers written on it. The caller tried reaching the numbers, but had no luck.
• Caller near four-mile marker on Highway 37 reported an orange Razor had been racing up the highway and across her property all day.
• Caller in 600 block of Wisconsin reported she was trying to take her possessions from a residence, but her husband was yelling at her and refusing to allow people to help her.
March 31
• A family disturbance was reported on 3 Corners Road that had been ongoing since the previous night. A woman had repeatedly asked a man to leave her residence so she and her kids could collect their belongings. He would not. She advised the man slammed her head into a truck door the night before.
• Caller in 1500 block of Dakota Avenue was awakened by his neighbor assaulting him. The man was still in the residence until he left with caller’s grandmother. The dispute appears to have been over items stolen while the two were in Spokane, Wash.
• Caller on Frazey Loop reported having a verbal confrontation with a man. She was afraid he would return.
• An anonymous caller reported a woman at Town Pump talking about drugs and drug paraphernalia she had in a large bag.
April 1
• Caller on Farm to Market Road reported his neighbor was standing on the property line threatening to shoot his dog.
• Man came into lobby to speak with an officer regarding a theft that took place at his residence on Cedar Hill Creek Road.
•Levi Guinard was arrested on an outstanding drug warrant.
• Caller reported a red four-wheeler just cruised through his yard even though it was posted no-trespassing.
• Caller reported her neighbor’s dog attempted to bite her son again on Vinal Lake Road.
• Caller reported the back door to the new Glacier Bank building was open and no one appeared to be around. They thought it was suspicious.
April 2
• Caller on Frazey Loop reported a man in her residence refusing to leave and threatening her life. The man was heard in the background clearly saying “I did not do anything” repeatedly.
