Frank E. Pearsall, 56, of Troy

Franklin Edgar Pearsall of Troy, Mont,, passed away Sept. 22, 2012, at Kalispell Regional Hospital after a very brief and sudden illness.  

Frank was born in Hot Springs, Mont., on May 15, 1956.  He grew up in and around the Thompson Falls/Noxon area.  He went to high school in Noxon, Mont., and served four years as a U.S. Marine.  

Frank had many jobs in his lifetime including log-truck driver, factory worker, and caregiver.  His volunteer efforts include firefighter and David Thompson Search and Rescue.

Frank had a great love for the outdoors as he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping just like his Chippewa ancestors and carried the Indian name of Lone Wolf proudly.  

His other interests included his collections of wolf and unicorn items.  He also enjoyed amateur photography.  

Frank was a kind and gentle person who loved and was loved by all, especially by children and animals.  He has left a void in our lives that cannot be filled.

Frank was preceded in death by his father Walt, brother Wally, and two grandchildren Michael and Brock.  

He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years Amona, his children Frank, Jr., Chastity, Tommi, and Serenite; his mother Dorothy Schimmel of Thompson Falls, six siblings, who include  Sharron, Alford, Irvin, Wendy, Cindy and Teresa, seven grandchildren: Chasity, Jonathan, Maddyzen, Kevin, Cheyenne, Peyton, and Frank Junior anticipated to be born  on Oct 11, 2012.  

Frank also will be missed greatly by his many, many nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends that are too numerous to list.

Services for Frank will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Troy, Mont.; interment at  the Troy Cemetery to follow.
