Aug. 19

• An alarm called in a possible break-in on Rawlings Road.

• Derek Lee Connor, 22, was arrested on charges of being an intoxicated pedestrian and littering after he supposedly drunkenly dropped beer bottles on Education Way.

• Brush fire reported on Snowshoe Hill, and engine was dispatched.

• Austin Stonge was arrested in Flathead County on an outstanding warrant.

• A red pickup attempted to go up the hill on Park Street near Old Haul Road and got stuck. 

Aug. 20

• Caller on Spencer Road reported two of his tires had been slashed.

• A man came in to talk about his 19-year-old special-needs son not coming home last night.

• Caller on Highway 37 wanted to report a theft and mischief.

• Man arrested for parole violation at the Middle School.

• Caller wanted to report a hanging wire in 1400 block of Nevada Avenue. He thought it was an electrical wire.

• Caller in 100 block of Norman Avenue reported her 48-pound female German shepherd was missing.

• Animal Control received a call about a black Pomeranian running around on Highway 2 near Young Guns Pizza.

• St. John’s Lutheran Hospital called requesting a Lifeflight out of Libby Airport.

• Caller on Old Highway 2 lost her dwarf Nubian pregnant milking goat.

• Caller in 100 block of Nugget Drive reported a burglary.

• Officers responded to complaints of people camping at the Riverfront Pavilion.

• Minor in possession at Airport Road.

Aug. 21

• Male in Sheriff’s office was turned himself in for a warrant of being in contempt of court.

• Arrest made after a theft by a ranch hand.

• Family disturbance in 800 block of Smith Road. Caller’s son was throwing things around the residence.

• Caller in 200 block of Three Corners wanted to talk to an officer about her father threatening family members.

Aug. 22

• A mountain lion was chased up a tree by dogs on Snowshoe Road.

• Caller was concerned of a white foam coming out of a boat near the boat ramp at Riverfront Park.

• Trent Harley Thomson was arrested on charges of contempt.

• Caller on Kilbrennan Lake Road reported his sign being stolen off his property. 

• Caller reported he lost his camo backpack off his bike on Highway 2 in town.

• Someone broke into the front of the church on Kootenai River Road.

• Man passed out in vehicle in 500 block of 10th street.

• Nichole Jewel Garcia was arrested on charges of contempt of court.

• Juan Adrian Vasquez, 32, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer.

• Rosauers reported a 35-year-old male shoplifter.

Aug 23

• Travis Gillett was arrested on charges of violating a court order.

• Caller on Collins Avenue reported a boy’s bike being stolen.

• Caller reported a male on Vanderwood Road pulling a gun on a pregnant woman for her dogs bothering him.

• Non-injury traffic accident near Westgate Animal Clinic. 

• Caller in Troy called to complain of his neighbor on Hunts Mill Road having a constantly barking dog.

Aug. 24

• Someone stole caller’s purse from her car at Rosauers.

• Stolen gas pumps were found on Highway 2.

• Fatal rollover on Highway 37.

• Caller in 200 block of Vicks Lane reported theft.

• Caller on Highway 2 reported neighbor’s grandson being a nuisance on his 4-wheeler.

• Caller on Pipe Creek Road reported youths on 4-wheelers tearing up her property and threatening her.

• Wife in the process of getting a divorce reported that her husband’s attorney dropped all her belongings on her mother’s doorstep, blocking her in. 

• Caller reported a large party with drugs and underage individuals on Lewis Loop.

Aug. 25

• Cody Schmidt arrested on charges of probation violation.

• Male threatened two city workers near Lake Creek Hydro Dam for going on his property.
