Donna Cosgriff, 66, of Libby

Donna J. Cosgriff, 66, died on Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012, at St. John Lutheran Hospital in Libby. 

She was born Nov. 13, 1945, at Bolivar, Mo., to Lawrence and Eileen  (Hale) Vaughn.  She grew up and attended school in Big Timber, Mont.  She graduated from Sweet Grass County High with the class of 1963.

Donna married Gerald Cosgriff March 31, 1963, in Big Timber at the age of 17. They moved to Libby in 1968. 

She enjoyed reading. She was an active member of Faith Bible Church, being born again at the age of 9.  She was active in mission works and was a prayer coordinator for LEAP.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Sarah Wyona Cosgriff, a brother Larry Vaughn, and her husband Gerald.

Survivors include her children Edward T. Cosgriff,  David Cosgriff and wife Stacey, both of Libby; Amy Cosgriff, Bonners Ferry, Idaho; a brother Robert Vaughn, Rockford, Ill.; five grandchildren Rebecca, Edward, Jr., Sarah, Skyanne, McKenzie; great grandchildren Alix, Izack, Ryelie, Tryp, Mikyla, and Lilee.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at Faith Bible Church.  

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations may be made to the Pregnancy Care Center, Libby or Mountainside Missionary Training Center. 

Arrangements are by Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home & Crematory in Libby.
