Luke J. Dial, 18, formerly of Libby

Luke James Dial, 18, from Clackamas, Ore., passed away in a car accident, Sept. 29, 2012, in Oregon. 

He was born Nov. 7, 1993, in Clackamas, Ore., to Garth and Roxanna (O’Brien) Dial.

Luke was raised in Clackamas and attended Valley View Christian Church and Clackamas Junior/High School.  He attended Libby High School for a while, and Stockdale High, Bakersfield, Calif., where he graduated early. He enjoyed sports, especially football, and motocross. 

Luke traveled with his parents on many vacations earning wings from the cockpit.

He charmed everyone he met with his beautiful heart and puppy eyes. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his parents, Garth Dial of Clackamas, Ore.; Roxanna (O’Brien) Dial of Libby; an aunt and several uncles, cousins in Montana and Oregon.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, at Libby Christian Church with burial to follow at Tobacco Valley Cemetery in Eureka.
