Sept. 17

•  Caller from Libby Care Center reported that an elderly lady who regularly came to get prescriptions hadn’t been heard from in a few days. Officer went to check it out and there was no car in the garage.

• Darwyne Cady, 55, arrested on a warrant.

• A 12-year old hit his older brother then ran away.

• A dog bite victim was reported on Frazey Loop.

Sept. 18

• Caller advised a bear was across from his residence in Reese Court. 

• Ninth-grader caught shoplifting gum at Saverite West. He gave back the gum and went to school.

• Caller brought in medications he found along Education Way.

• Caller reported her husband, who has an order of protection against him,  came while she was gone and took things from her apartment.

• Caller reported her son was assaulted by another boy while on the school bus.

• Caller on Dome Mountain Connection reported a female throwing items at his house.

• Caller reported a man yelling obscenities at passers-by on Commerce Way.

Sept. 19

• Jason Lee Tucker was in for a commitment order.

• Caller reported her son getting into a fight with another child at the Middle School at football practice.

• A deer was reported at First Baptist Church with a wire wrapped around its neck and back leg that appeared unable to get free.

• Resident on Forest Drive heard a shot fired near his property and “had a bad feeling” about it.

Sept. 20

• Roscoe Garrison, 34, was arrested for allegedly hitting his girlfriend.

• There was an assault at Libby High School.

• Someone tried to pry the door open of a house on Spencer Road.

• Caller reported that his brother said a bullet just passed through their house. It turned out that the child was the one who shot the gun.

• Caller reported that while walking on the new walking trail near Fifth Street exit, shots were being fired at them.

• A black bear was reported on Penny Lane.

• Caller on Nevada Avenue reported checking on his barking dog and seeing a black bear head down the road.

Sept. 21

• Jenna Lewis was arrested for an alleged domestic disturbance.
