Basket winner thanks businesses

 Letter to the Editor,

Yea, I’m a winner.

I won a basket at the Annual Open House tour. But the real winners are the local business owners around Libby. 

They are constantly asked to donate to something, and they are struggling like everyone else.

With out-of-town stores and catalogs bombarding our homes, it’s hard to compete.

One business owner suggested a reader board listing their donations each time they donate (You know it would be quite a list.)

We all need to help each other out. Be thankful for our businesses and shop locally when you can.
