St. John’s Lutheran Hospital’s Annual Road to Health Fair will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 14 at the Memorial Center in Libby, and the public can once again receive free and discounted health screening tests before the fair.

“The beauty of having your labs drawn before the fair is that they will be available for pick up at the fair,” said Susan Horelick, Health/Wellness Manager at St. John’s.

St. John’s will once again be giving away 200 free Lipid Panels (Cholesterol) and Glucose screening (a $90 value), as well as offering significantly discounted screenings for A1c (diabetes) and TSH (thyroid) for $15 each, and Hemogram (anemia) testing for $5.

The lab draws for all of the pre-fair screenings will take place the weeks of March 26 and April 2.

Registration is required for all of these screenings. Starting March 19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., persons may call Susan at 283-7059 to register.

The pre-Healthfair screen will be limited to the first 200 free Lipid Panels on a first come, first serve basis.

For those who didn’t get in on the free 200 lipid/glucose tests, vouchers will be sold for $15 at the fair, along with other discounted tests. The labs for those tests will be drawn the week following the fair, April 16 to 20.

Results can then be picked up at the front desk of the hospital the week of April 23 - 27.

The Health Fair is free to the public.
