March 12
• Respondent called 911 to advise a male in a truck shot a gun five times near their residence on the 8000 block of Farm to Market Road.
March 11
• Anthony Pellitteri was arrested on a Troy City warrant near Central Avenue and 3rd Street.
• Gary Orr Williams, III, 27, was arrested on a suspended drivers license and a DUI. Bond was set at $970.
• Male suspect was stopped by law enforcement for a possible warrant on Highway 93.
• Steven James Mahan, 24, was arrested on a warrant for assault and an expired registration. Bond was set at $275.
March 10
• Andrew William Lowe, 20, was arrested on two warrants and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,585.
• Caller reported her wallet stolen on March 9. She was able to recover the wallet from Rosauers in the lost-and-found. Caller believes her wallet was stolen from her vehicle in the parking lot and her cash and one of her debit cards is missing.
• Caller reported an individual shot at their vehicle with a gun two times near Callahan Creek Road.
• Individual was allegedly assaulted near the 500 block of Montana Avenue by his landlord. The landlord was threatening to evict the caller and then assaulted him. The landlord left and later returned with a weapon to assault him again. Subject was unwilling to sign a complaint form although he suffered cuts and possible broken bones.
March 9
• Robert Ray Lev, 41, was arrested for resisting arrest, aggravated DUI and criminal endangerment near the 1100 block of Louisiana Avenue.
March 8
• Respondent called to advise there were two dogs at a residence near the 400 block of Oak Street that have been without food and water for some time. An animal has been on a very short leash and it has to lie in its own feces. Animal control was called to respond.
• Respondent called to report a male individual came to her house and threatened her and her animals.
• Respondent called to report her black purse with pink lining was taken from the Mint Bar at approximately 4:30 p.m. March 7.
• Caller reported someone broke into his residence near the 200 block of Hamman Avenue and stole tools from his garage.
