Roland E. Wallace, 79, of Libby

Roland E. Wallace, 79, died Friday at his home in Libby.  He had resided in southern Idaho before coming to Libby where he has resided for the past twelve years.  He was born to Benjamin and Margaret (Pascal) Wallace on October 18, 1932 at Anderson, Indiana; he had been a veteran of the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict.

Survivors include his children, Peggy Baker of Salem, OR; Teri Silva of Nampa, ID; Melissa Wallace of Medford, OR; and Tuney Strand of Nampa, ID; a brother, Keith Wallace of Modesto, CA; 12 grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.

Private services have taken place this week. Arrangements are by Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home.
