Nile K. Cunnington, 74, of Troy, died on Sunday, May 27, 2012, at his home after a long illness.
He was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho, on Sept. 30, 1937, to Archie and Wilda (Fullmer) Cunnington.
He served in the armed forces and was honorably discharged.
He then worked in construction building highways throughout Montana. He was a jack of all trades, a master of none.
He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He and his wife, Pat, were married for 43 years. They shared life as one.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.
Survivors include the love of his life, Pat Cunnington; eight children; five sisters; one brother and six grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home & Crematory in Libby.
