Margaret Elizabeth Faulhaber Appley, 92, passed away in Chandler, Ariz., on May 24, 2012, after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born in Wessington Springs, S.D., to Anna and William Faulhaber on May 25, 1919.
She married Harold Appley in Shelby, Mont., in 1945. They lived in Shelby and Libby, as well as Chelan, Wash.
After Harold retired, they traveled between Libby and Yuma, Ariz.
She is survived by one sister, Ada Hinricks of Wessington Springs, one daughter, Sherlyn, of Chandler, Ariz., three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
