Danyce was born in Bremerton, raised in Silverdale and was recently living in Troy, Mont.

Danyce was a joy to all who truly knew her, always the first to smile and left everyone with a hug and her signature “I love you.”

She was a beautiful person inside and out, quick to forgive and made “best” friends everywhere she went.

She graduated with Honors from Central Kitsap in 2009, lettered in academics, music (flute) and as a wrestling manager.

Danyce had a deep spiritual connection to God, loved all types of music, poetry and her favorite book series was Harry Potter.

She was a free spirit, loved to travel, meet people and experience new things. Her smile and laughter will be remembered forever, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She leaves behind her mother Jacki Downing (step-dad Tom Thompson), sister Rene’ Allyn, dad David Allyn (step-mom Debbie Allyn), aunt Michelle Allyn, cousins Audryana and Thomas Allyn and many more uncles, aunts and cousins, along with numerous friends in Washington, Montana and Oregon.

Danyce is now resting with her grandpa Ed Downing and grandma Irene Downing at Edmonds Memorial Cemetery in Edmonds, Wash.

A public celebration of life was held Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012, at Island Lake Park in Poulsbo, Wash.
