July 13

• Camp host at Fireman’s Park called to ask officers to escort subjects from the proximity who are non-paying guests.

• Caller in 300 block of Valley Drive in Troy reported being intimidated by mother’s boyfriend. He feared bodily harm.

• Train authorities requested police response for subjects throwing items on the train. It appeared to be 3-4 subjects in a white/tan full size Dodge.

• Caller in 1600 block of Cabinet Avenue reported someone knocking down their mailbox.

July 13

• A man walked into the Lucky Logger Casino with blood on his face, said another man had assaulted him for no reason and then left.

• Caller in 900 block of 5th Street reported an attempted burglary during the night.

• A dead deer was reported on Highway 2 near mile marker 42.

• Caller in 100 block of Cedar Hill Road complained of former renters coming back on the property to get things. Inquired into restraining order.

• A dog ran into the Kicking Horse Saloon, and the owners wanted it removed. 

• Caller from 600 block of 10th Street reported a family disturbance.

• Caller in 14500 block of Bull Lake Road reported her brother has struck their uncle and also choked a female.

• Caller at Happy’s Inn reported being threatened by four or five subjects, whom he threw out of the bar. They headed toward Libby in a four door silver Chevy.

• Lake Koocanusa Marina reported a guest going wild, banging things and screaming at guests.

July 15

• Employee from Town Pump complained of lots of drunk and rowdy people in store.

• Caller complained of neighbor’s dogs in his yard at 1300 block of Champion Haul Road. The dogs have a history of murder, killing his mother’s chickens.

• Brian Murray Coles, 60, was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI in 900 block of 9th street.

• Caller reported being assaulted by his ex- at his sister’s house in 31700 block of Highway 2. She walked in while he was asleep and began choking him. She threw a rotisserie grill across the lawn and began choking him again.

• A Washington-plated silver Suburban was travelling at a high rate of speed and was stopped near Dairy Queen.

• Jason Richard York, 38, was arrested at Steins Grocery for disorderly conduct.

• Call from 800 block of Idaho, neighbor kid harassing caller’s child.

July 16

• Caller reported a large party on Sheldon Mountain Road, possibly with underage drinking.

• Inmate released from jail tore phone out of the wall in Lincoln County Jail lobby.

• Caleb Covey arrested in 1600 block of Dakota Avenue for reckless driving.

• Caller in 700 block of Tenth Street reported the theft of medication.

• Town Pump reported theft, driver headed toward Troy.

• Troy Museum employees complained of vehicles in their parking lot late. Would like them removed.

July 17

• Caller reported her neighbor in the 200 block of Ski Road had painted obscene language on his shed facing her kitchen window. She wanted to know if anything could be done about it.

• Owner of Antlers Restaurant wanted to report a possible attempted break-in within the past few days.

• Caller reported his girlfriend’s phone missing. It has a GPS unit, and showed an address on Bull Lake Road, so he wanted to report it as a theft.

• Mark Cassidy turned himself in on a warrant to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Caller in 300 block of Avenue B reported his girlfriend threw a Thermos through the window of his vehicle.

• Caller in 300 block of Pinewood Lane reported her mail was stolen.

July 18

• A caller reported her child’s father came into Torgy’s and shoved her and her child around. When she went home, she found broken property and wanted to press charges.

• Caller reported seeing three horses penned up in 500 block of West Sixth Avenue. She reported that it didn’t look as if they had water.

• Caller heard a shot near her house in 500 block of Parmenter Drive. 

• A man was screaming and throwing rocks at Stinger Welding.

July 19

• The pony was once again loose on Education Way and had done damage to a police car.

• Caller reported his front windshield had been shot out by a BB or pellet gun in 300 block of Libby Creek Road.

• Caller in 1200 block of Idaho Avenue reported that property was stolen from her home.

• Caller in 300 block of Pinewood Lane wanted to speak with an officer to report harassment.

• Troy dispatch was contacted to report several cows loose on Callahan Creek Road.

• Caller reported losing her digital Nikon camera, possibly near Pamida.

• Caller advised that his ex-, who has an active order of protection against him just pulled up in the parking lot of Empire Foods and began to harass him.

July 20

• Amber Kobluk was arrested for a bad check.

• Caller advised that he had diesel stolen from where he parks his trucks at night in 30800 block of Highway 2. Requested extra patrols if possible.

• Caller reported that someone had stolen her black 1989 4 Runner from her residence.

• Caller on Emkayan Road reported a moose doing damage to property; eating flowers and destroying land around residences.

• Caller in 2800 block of Iron Creek Road reported someone had snuck in the back door and stolen property.

• Several 911 calls for trees across the roadway and pulling down power lines as a result of the storm. Live power lines reported in alley between Eighth and Wisconsin.

• Caller reported another female throwing punches at her at her uncle’s house in 35200 block of Highway 2.

July 21

• Eureka PD responded to a Minor in Possession call.

• Caller reported his horse got out. Horse is white with red specks and a Mohawk for a mane.
