Free physicals set for July 28 at CHC

A special Sports Medical Clinic is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 28, at the Northwest Community Health Center.

The free, five-hour clinic for athletes is sponsored by the CHC, the Libby Clinic, St. John’s Lutheran Hospital and the Rocky Mountain Heart and Lung center.

Each student also will get a free EKG, which can detect cardiomyopathy, a leading killer of young athletes.

No registration is needed, but students must pick up a permission form and exam sheet at the CHC.

Parents are urged to attend.
