Dec. 7

• Caller on Bull Lake Road reported being threatened.

• Three quarters of the way up Bobtail Hill there was a large tree laying on the powerlines. 

Dec. 8

• Low hanging powerline on Highway 37 at mile marker 4. It was low enough that a large truck might catch on it. Flathead Electric cleared the line but it was actually a phone line.

• Caller on Swanson Lodge Road was worried her friend’s husband might harm himself. 

• A suspicious person was reported at Three Corners Trailer Park, in his late 30s, poking around vehichles.

• Caller on East Cedar Street reported a missing dog wearing a “patriotic” bandanna.

Dec. 9

• Caller on Lewis Loop was concerned because she had not heard from her kids, who were supposed to be on a train from Rockford, Ill. The kids were fine.

• Caller on Spencer Hill Avenue reported another harassment incident from his neighbor.

• Jana Jo Roberts, 40, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. The police were called after she got in a verbal dispute with a man in the parking lot of Rosauers.

• Caller on Park Street reported a possible case of animal neglect.

• Travis Pefferman, 29, was arrested at Stein’s Market on a warrant.

• Caller on Farm to Market Road reported someone driving snowmobiles through his yard.

• A Pioneer Road resident brought in a frozen and starved kitten they found abandoned.

Dec. 10

• Justin Ross Ivins was arrested on a warrant for DUI.

Dec. 11

• Timothy Howard Robert Olson, 23, was arrested for partner assault.

• A Troy area man reported missing medications.

An arrest was made at Libby Elementary School for theft. No name was provided.

• A caller on Highway 2 reported his brother’s caregiver was stealing his belongings.

• A burglary was reported on Pipe Creek Road at a scrap yard.

• Darin Hutchinson was transported from Billings to Kalispell to Libby on a warrant arrest.

• Caller on Wisconsin Avenue reported his wife’s ex-husband was making threats to him over the phone.

Dec. 12

• Andrew William Lowe, 21, was arrested at Big Sky Lanes on charges of violating conditions of release.

• Caller advised he had hit a dog on Bobtail Road. 

• Caller on Pipe Creek Hill Road reported individuals trespassing on property.

• Someone broke into a residence on Minnesota and stole money.

• A suspicious vehicle was reported at the intersection of Shaughnessy and Snowshoe. It appeared that someone had attempted to tow the vehichle, but had failed.

Dec. 14

• A caller on Highway 2 reported a “not so nice” message on the answering machine about firewood.

• Britt S. Elmore was arrested on Falcon Trail on an outstanding warrant from Flathead County.

Dec. 15

• A woman at St. John’s emergency room was reporting a man in town had robbed her.

• Theft on Evergreen Road and Granite Creek of guns.

Dec. 16

• A caller on Fifth Street reported that her neighbor told her “if I yell, don’t worry.” He then went an yelled very loudly in his apartment. She worried.

• Upstairs neighbors were fighting at a residence on Commerce Way.

Dec. 17

• A minor was arrested  at Libby High School on a minor in possession charge.

• A FedEx truck slid off Highway 2 onto the corner across from Dairy Queen where the large soaring eagle sculpture is.
