• Family disturbance between spouses on My Road.

Dec. 2

• Caller on Timber Lane reported her neighbor was making threats on the caller’s life and was threatening to take her child and “run her out of Montana.”

• John H. Hoy was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

• There was a liquor violation reported at Creek Side Trailer Park.

Dec. 3

• Two large brown dogs running around Rosauers and the cemetery.

• Evan Dow O’Brien, 21, was arrested on charges of DUI.

• An arrest was made for violation of probation. No name was provided.

• Same caller on Timber Lane reported more troubles with her neighbor.

• Large truck parked in the middle of Farm to Market Road.

Dec. 4

• A woman came into the Sheriff’s Office wanting to press charges against her husband, who held her against her will on Lewis Loop.

• Someone had shot out the windows and slashed the tire of a caller’s 1996 Chevy pickup on 3 Corner Road.

• An employee at Empire Foods saw a man chasing and kicking a woman.

• Arrests were made at the Eureka Port Authority of possession of dangerous drugs. No name provided.

• Katrina Adkisson, 44, was arrested for shoplifting at Rosauers.

• A power pole was on fire on Highway 2, near mile marker 41, stopping traffic.

• Chimney fire reported on Woodland Heights Road.

• Property was stolen from the front entrance of a residence on Commerce Way.

• Several gunshots fired near a residence on Sheldon Flats.

• Caller complained of a neighbor burning something giving off a toxic smoke on Libby Creek Road.

• Brett Collier, 45, was arrested on a warrant.

• Caller on Pinkham Avenue reported a potential case of fraud.

Dec. 6

• A 24-year old male was threatening suicide after getting in an argument with his brother on Big Bend Road.

• Injured deer reported on Highway 2 near Spencer Road.

• Jeremy Charles Chapel was arrested in Troy on a warrant.

• Former employee of Timberline Auto asked for an officer to escort him into the building so he could get his personal belongings.

• Caller on Cherry Creek Drive reported a neighbor firing his weapon at the caller’s dog.

• Injured deer on Highway 2 near the Managhan’s Clearance Center.

• William Kizer was arrested near Highway 2 mile marker 11 for DUI. 

• Two large St. Bernards were running around near Eureka Heights.

• Caller wanted to know how he could obtain a search warrant for a subject that kept stealing his property.
