Rose Ellen Fore, 92, of Libby passed away Monday, Dec. 17, 2012, at the Libby Care Center.
She was born Dec. 28, 1919, in Phillips County, Mont., to Charles A. and Madeline (Doney) Kelsey.
Services for Rose will be 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, at Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home Chapel, 422 W. 2nd St., in Libby.
