Carnival Snow Woman

Lisa Block led the Libby Christmas Parade on Saturday from the Libby Care Center parking through town before reaching the Christmas tree lighting ceremony on Mineral Avenue. The parade included various participants and spectators. The evening was capped off with the Christmas Fair at Asa Wood.
