Charlotte Norman died June 27, 2012, in New Jersey.
She was born in Libby to Dora and Charles Norman on Oct. 27, 1960.
Charlotte attended school in Troy, where she graduated with the class of 1979.
Survivors include her father Charles Norman, of Troy, two brothers: Ben and Judy Norman of Mcleary, Wash., and Charles Norman of Troy, her two children, Tayo and Sadie of Nigeria, several nieces and nephews and her dear dog Hercules.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Dora Norman.
Services will be at 1 p.m Saturday, Sept. 8 at the Troy Church of God.
