• Warrant served to Jeremy Allen Townsend, in Lincoln County holding, from Missoula.
• Caller on Kootenai River Road reported neighbor possibly neglecting horses.
• Caller found large tan dog on Highway 2 and Whiskey Hill, wanted to turn it in.
• Caller in 1200 block of Dakota reported her cell phone being stolen. She said she knew who the thief is, but just wanted the phone back.
• Caller in 100 block of Kearney wanted to report his neighbors shooting his residence with a slingshot.
• A man wanted to report his knife being stolen from his shoe at Fireman’s Park.
• Caller on corner of Second and Missoula wanted to report giving a ride to a male who appeared bloody. He refused any medical treatment.
• Shasta Renders was arrested on charge of probation violation.
• Caller on Old Callahan Creek reported his daughter running away after he took her cell phone.
Aug. 4
• Caller was riding his bike by the river near Leisure Lane when a large brown dog came at him and he was forced to use his bike as a shield. Wanted someone to advise the owner to secure the dog.
• Animal complaint of a large black lab trying to get into his vehicle to attack his Chihuahua.
• Caller wanted to report that a truck he had left on property along Old Highway 2 had been burned.
• Caller on Bobtail Cutoff road reported a mastiff-mix roaming around and was bringing it to the animal shelter.
• Caller wanted to complain that her neighbor’s dogs were constantly causing problems with her dogs.
Aug. 5
• Caller at the Rodeway Inn wanted to report a female smoking marijuana.
• John Michael Cassidy, 29, was arrested on charges of DUI and reckless driving after driving toward Libby on a street bike going speeds upward of 100 mph.
• Caller on Mack Road reported a break in into his trailer.
• Golden Lab with Libby tag found near Town Pump. The animal was taken to the animal shelter.
• A male in a blue truck was taking items from caller’s garage on Bull Lake Road.
• A man was passed out on the bench in front of Dairy Queen.
Aug. 6
• Deer reportedly caught in soccer net at J. Neils Park, was dead on arrival of officers.
• Jake Olsen, 19, was arrested at Antler’s restaurant on a felony warrant.
• Caller in 400 block of Spencer Road reported someone had broke out the window of his vehicle.
• Glendale, Calif., Police Department called to verify warrant on William Wilde and confirm he was extraditable.
• Wayne Ray Bonderer was arrested on Highway 2 on charges of Aggravated DUI.
Aug. 7
• A dead deer was reported on side of road near PJ’s Café with two live deer milling around
• Arrest of James Cosgriff for commitment order.
• Resident in 200 block of Pinewood Lane reported that while moving, their landlord had stolen some property.
• Caller reported that a neighbor in 200 block of Lincoln Boulevard had left their handicapped child home alone.
• Caller reported neighbor in 100 block of Garden Road had locked up goats in a shed since the weekend and was concerned.
• Caller reported being threatened by his neighbor because his cattle were roaming on the neighbor’s property near Kootenai Road.
• Three males on motorcycles were tearing up the new grass and trails at the park by McGrade School.
Aug. 8
• Caller in 400 block of Spencer Road reported possible prowlers in the area.
• Adult male “flipped out” and proclaimed himself Jesus Christ before threatening to kill friend’s family. Was taken to St. John’s to be evaluated on mental health.
• Canoe Gulch called to report an incoming flatbed truck with a man who broke his leg.
• Man near state line reported a well-kept yellow Lab with collar that came to his residence.
• Caller on Riverview reported an individual hammering nails into trees on his property without owner’s consent.
• Ambulance called to Torgy’s when a woman fell out of her chair and apparently started having a seizure.
Aug. 9
• Dead moose reported on Highway 2 around mile marker 58. Wanted it removed as soon as possible.
• Family disturbance on Vicks Drive. Caller’s brother was out of control and caller feared for children’s safety.
• Caller in 400 block of Oak Street reported a burglary at his house.
• Caller on Wards Road reported his neighbor’s chickens getting loose and making manure and laying eggs all over his property.
• Caller followed reckless driver from Logan State Park in gray 4x4.
• Two runaways from Turning Winds. Were found before officers responded.
• Robert Frazier, 60, was arrested on charges of intoxicated pedestrian.
• Brian K. Adams, 26, was arrested on a warrant.
• Caller on Pioneer Road reported a large fire in their yard.
• Caller on Parmenter Drive reported a renter who was evicted and refuses to leave property.
• Reported dog bite from his own animal on Dawson Street.
Aug. 10
• Caller in 100 block of Dale Street reported someone stealing his mother’s mail.
• Family Services called reporting a young male acting strangely, speaking in tongues and claiming he was working for God.
• Caller in 1300 block of Cabinet Ave. reported two large dogs digging holes in her yard. Had already left message for Animal Control.
• Caller reported her brother making threats to her on Autumn Road.
• Hit deer across Highway 2 from Antler Tree Nursery needed to be put down.
• Caller reported her brother having mental issues on Farm to Market Road.
• Theft reported at Dickey Lake Bible Camp.
• Caller reported back of concession stand at Libby High School was open at 10:13 p.m.
Aug. 11
• Elizabeth Benefield was arrested on Farm to Market Road on charges of a DUI.
• Caller reported her boyfriend was constantly spitting on her and she was tired of it.
• Caller on Lolo Ave. reported people stealing gasoline from her backyard.
• Ambulance requested by St. John’s at Airport.
• Male in a dark green flatbed truck with Washington plates got aggressive on Highway 37 after being stopped by the Le Tour de Koocanusa. Citation was issued.
• Animal complaint on Lewis Loop about three horses that had gotten loose.
• Caller on Park Street reported his neighbor making threats.
• Collision on Farm to Market Road between a vehicle and a 4-wheeler. A juvenile was sent to St. John’s.
• Caller on Pioneer Road reported a very haggard looking deer with a broken leg stumbled into back yard.
• Caller wanted to report a suspicious vehicle, a tan Buick LeSabre parked on Haul Road near the 10 mile marker.
• Caller reported a female at Kootenai Falls annoying everyone on trail.
• Angel Island Association president called to report that individuals were tearing up designated swimming area.
• Missing individuals on Snowshoe Peak found their way back to trailhead.
• Small dog in vehicle in front of Antlers with no ventilation.
• Criminal trespass reported near train tracks at approximately Highway 2 mile marker 23. Individuals were camping near tracks.
• Caller reported a female assaulting her 14-year old son after he backed a car into hers.
• Family disturbance on Glendora Avenue, the male causing disturbance had left by time officers arrived.
• Three of five bars in Troy area failed a liquor test. Golden Nugget, Little Joe’s and Odie’s failed. Home Bar and Stateline Bar passed.
• Caller in 1300 block of Montana Avenue reported an individual looking through her windows.
• Group of individuals by clubhouse making a lot of noise at Cabinet View Golf Course.

• Caller’s mother refusing to give back extra set of keys behind Mint Bar.
• Mason Theodore Williams, 25, brought in on a warrant for careless driving, no insurance and a seat belt violation.
• Caller wanted to report there appeared to be a campfire behind his residence near Granite Creek that looked out of control.
• A suspicious female walking through Ace Hardware parking lot trying to open car doors was reported.
Aug. 13
• Caller reported medication being stolen from his car in Empire Foods parking lot.
• Ambulance called to Troy Community Health Center to assist a female having a heart attack.
• Naomi Marie Miller was arrested on charges of contempt of court.
• Caller reported vandalism at Fred Brown Pavilion.
• Cherry-colored Chrysler Sebring driving through neighborhood near 400 block of Dakota several times. Driver and passengers acting strange.
• Caller reported her neighbor putting large boulders on forest service road because he was upset with logging trucks.
Aug. 14
• Boundary County advised possible drunk driver heading toward Lincoln County.
• Package of marijuana found on Amtrak train. They would be in Libby in a few minutes and would like an officer to take car of it.
• An animal was coming into caller’s yard on Bobtail Lane and taking ducks, turkey, etc.
• Chainsaw stolen on West Kootenai.
• Suspicious male in 600 block of Dakota.
• Family disturbance in 1500 block of Dakota.
• Caller on Spencer Road reported an assault.
