Varian Isa Cranford, 86, of Ventura, Calif.

Varian Isa Cranford passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, August 9 2012. Varian was born July 30, 1926 to Oscar and Nada Estill in Coalinga, Calif.

Varian graduated from Ventura High School in 1944 and Venture College in 1946.

She worked at Bank of America in Southern California as an operations manager for several years, retiring in 1982 from the Red Bluff branch as a prime time teller in Northern California.

Varian married the love of her life, Roland Cranford, on October 20, 1956 and they spent 51 wonderful years together camping, fishing, hunting, water skiing, enjoying the outdoor life with family and friends. They were very active with the Libby Dam Good Sam R.V. Club where they resided for several years.

Varian was a dedicated member of the Live Oak Christian Fellowship church.

She was predeceased by her husband, Roland, parents, Oscar and Nada Estill, and brother, Hugh Estill.

Varian is survived by her two brothers and sisters-in-law, Rex and Patricia Estill and Donald and Helen Solano, and sister-in-law Wilma McWilliams, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Nina Estill and Jessica Walker Estill, who surrounded her with loving care during her illness.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 16, at the Live Oak Christian Fellowship, 590 Old Ventura Avenue, Ventura, Calif.
