Kaya Lynn Blow, daughter of Brian Blow and Jessica Carter of Avondale, Ariz., was born July 13, 2012 in Phoenix, Ariz.

She was born at 9:15 p.m. and was six-pounds 14.5-ounces and was 18-inches long.

Paternal grandparents are Gary and Sandra Blow of Libby. Maternal grandparents are David and Lenora Milligan of Coalville, Utah.

Paternal great-grandparents are Ralph Hildreth, of Libby, and Norman Blow, of Malone, N.Y. Maternal great-grandparents are Janet Bolton and Joe and Frieda Giannone of Grand Junction, Colo.

Kaya joins a sister, Lynley, age 3.
