Flathead Electric Co-op offers free energy audit

Persons who have electric heat to warm  their homes and have been contemplating signing up for one of Flathead Electric Co-op’s free home energy audits, the time is now! .

Frequently, a member may have to wait for a month or longer to fit in the audit schedule but (in typical summer-in – the-northwest-fashion), folks are hiking, boating, and doing everything but thinking about something as mundane as energy efficiency. 

Consequently, FEC’s Audit Team has numerous openings for the week of Aug. 6. 

“Occasionally, we hear from members who get frustrated about having to wait so long for an energy audit, because they are anxious to reduce their heating bills. So, here’s a chance to jump right on the schedule,” said FEC’s Energy Services Supervisor Ross Holter.
