William R. Hosket

William R. Hosket has been promoted to

the rank of first lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve.

Hosket, a project manager engineer with

seven years of military service, is assigned to the Texas

Agribusiness Development Team 4 at Forward Operating Base Ghazni,

Afghanistan.

He is the son of Gary and Shatwanee

Hosket of Troy.

The first lieutenant graduated in 2003

from Reagan High School, San Antonio, Texas, and received a

bachelor’s degree in 2009 from the University of Texas at San

Antonio.
