Justin Green stands next to his property line just off Granite Lake Road, south of Libby. On the other side of the fence is a narrow logging road, which was a bone of contention between the Green and Welch families. Green detailed repeated confrontations with Kristina Welch, who is accused of killing her husband on Dec. 8.
