The Troy Food Pantry is on a mission to raise as much money as possible through Town Pump’s “Be A Friend In Deed, Helping Those In Need” program.

From now through the end of November, all donations to the food pantry will be matched up to $2,000 by Town Pump. Funds raised through the program stay in the community.

Donations can be dropped off at the Town Pump in Troy, the food pantry or mailed to: P.O. Box 945, Troy, MT 59935.

In other food pantry news, it was announced that Troy will receive a large upright freezer from the 2010 Partner Agency Capacity Building Mini-Grant. The mini-grant program helps emergency food providers that have partnered with the Montana Food Bank Network.
